The primary function of Technical Support is frontline technical support. The call centers located in Chicago and Dallas help you resolve technical issues with Abbott products. Technical Support is the official department to initiate all product investigations for the division.

Technical Support includes over 200 highly-trained Medical Technologists, with many years of clinical laboratory experience. Abbott provides extensive training to prepare these Customer Technical Advocates (CTAs) to handle a diverse range of issues, including:
